These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 5jlj platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using 5jlj, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and play on 5jlj.
All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported methods include GCash, Maya, and major PH bank transfers.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person is permitted.

1.3 5jlj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice.

2.3 Minors are strictly prohibited from using the 5jlj Platform. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.
3.1 To access real-money gaming features on 5jlj, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 5jlj Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 5jlj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify 5jlj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 5jlj is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by our compliance team. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
4.1 All financial transactions on the 5jlj Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 5jlj currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

4.4 Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 5jlj reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.6 5jlj does not accept or process payments involving cryptocurrency of any kind. Any attempt to deposit using cryptocurrency will be rejected and the funds returned, less any applicable network fees.
5.1 5jlj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 5jlj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, 5jlj's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. 5jlj reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.
6.1 All games available on the 5jlj Platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 5jlj will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. 5jlj's decision on such matters is final.
6.3 5jlj reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jlj Platform:

9.1 All content on the 5jlj Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 5jlj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 5jlj.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5jlj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 5jlj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5jlj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 5jlj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
11.1 5jlj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
11.2 5jlj complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform lawfully.
12.1 5jlj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at https://5jlj.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
12.2 Where changes are material, 5jlj will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 5jlj Platform shall first be submitted to 5jlj's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 5jlj may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
